Domestic & Regional Shipping

Standard Shipping (10–15 business days)

  • All orders are shipped with a tracking number
  • Tracking details are sent by email once the order is shipped
  • Estimated delivery time: 8–12 business days after shipment

During exceptional periods (high demand, logistical disruptions), delivery may take up to 20 business days


Express Shipping (10–14 business days)

  • Fully tracked service
  • Tracking details provided by email
  • Estimated delivery: 10–14 business days after shipment

International Shipping

Standard Shipping (10–20 business days)

  • Tracking availability depends on destination
  • Final delivery handled by your local postal service
  • Delivery may take up to 25 business days depending on the country

Express Shipping (3–7 business days)

  • Fully tracked shipping
  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
  • Maximum delivery time: up to 10 business days depending on destination

Standard Shipping Conditions

To qualify for standard shipping, orders must meet the following:

  • Weight: under 2 kg
  • Order value: under €150
  • Dimensions: maximum 60 x 60 x 60 cm

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, volume, and destination.


Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), except in the following cases:

  • Pre-orders: shipped according to the date indicated on the product page
  • Payment verification: slight delays may occur for security checks
  • Customized items: allow up to 3 additional business days for processing

Orders with Multiple Items

If your order contains items with different availability times, the shipment will be processed once all items are ready.


Customs & Duties

Additional processing or logistics fees may apply and will be displayed at checkout.

For international shipments, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

The carrier may contact you directly if additional payment is required.


Non-Delivery

If your package has not been received within 40 days after shipment, please contact us at:

After this period, we may not be able to process claims related to non-delivery.
